When your order arrives, please inspect all items immediately. Any issues or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Prompt reporting helps us address your concerns effectively.
2. 30-Day Return and Refund Policy for Quality Issues
For any quality issues, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If you find a defect in your product, please contact us within this 30-day period to initiate a return. We’ll gladly accept returns on items with verified quality issues, provided they are reported within this timeframe. Please note that after 30 days, SilkyBrows is not responsible for any quality-related concerns, except in cases covered under our warranty.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- It should be unused and in the same condition you received it (for quality-related returns).
- Please provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
4. Pigment Shelf Life and Usage
Our pigments are carefully crafted to maintain high quality and safety. Here’s what you need to know:
- Unopened Pigments: Have a shelf life of 3 years if stored in a cool, dry place.
- Opened Pigments: We recommend using pigments within 6 months of opening to ensure optimal quality and performance.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened pigments cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.
5. 1-Year Warranty on Machines
We stand by the quality of our machines and offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects or quality issues that may arise. If your machine encounters an issue within the warranty period, please reach out to us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Warranty Terms:
- The warranty covers only manufacturer defects and does not apply to damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the machine at no additional cost to you.
